How Long Do the Meals Stay Fresh?

Our meals stay fresh for up to 4 days when stored in your fridge at 2-5°C. Each meal is clearly labelled with a 'best before' date. We recommend consuming your meals within the timeframe indicated for the best taste and quality.

hen Will My Meals Be Delivered?

We offer two delivery slots each week:

Sunday evening (17:00 - 22:00) for Monday to Wednesday meals

Wednesday evening (17:00 - 22:00) for Thursday to Sunday meals

Which Areas Do You Deliver To?

We deliver within the areas of: Chester • Deeside • Ellesmere Port • Flint • Wirral

How Does the Ordering System Work?

Our menu is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Meals for Monday to Wednesday (Sunday evening delivery)

Part 2: Meals for Thursday to Sunday (Wednesday evening delivery)

Simply select your meals from the appropriate section based on when you'd like them delivered.

How Do I Heat My Meals?

Each meal can be heated in just 3 minutes in the microwave or 20-25 minutes in the oven. Detailed heating instructions are provided on each meal container. Always ensure your meal is piping hot throughout before consuming.

Can I Change My Order?

Yes! You can modify your order up until:

Friday midnight for Sunday delivery

Monday midnight for Wednesday delivery

What If I Have Allergies?

All allergens are clearly marked on our menu and packaging. Our kitchen handles various allergens, so while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from any allergen. Please contact us directly if you have severe allergies.

What's Your Minimum Order?

Our minimum order is 4 meals per delivery. This helps us maintain our high quality while keeping delivery costs reasonable. You can mix and match from both our Classic and Premium ranges to reach this minimum.

Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?

No, you don't need to be home. Our drivers can leave your meals in a safe place of your choice. Just let us know your preferred safe place when ordering. Our specially designed packaging keeps your meals at the correct temperature.

Do I need to return the black cooler bags?

The black cooler bags we provide are reusable and are the property of No Basic Prep, so please return them to our delivery driver.
